Core Conditioning for Movement

Core Conditioning for Movement

"Core Conditioning" has become a big buzz word over the past several years, and is a popular topic among physical therapists (physio therapists), strength coaches, and personal trainers.  The term has spread out of the health & fitness industry, and is now a part of everyday communication in popular culture.

Unfortunately, much misinformation has been carried along with the term, and not enough emphasis has been given to how the core really works in upright function in an integrated manner with the entire body.

This workshop will delve into clearly defining what the core really is and how it functions when we need it most: when we are on our feet moving about.

Strategies and techniques will be covered, along with a full series of exercises, to maximize true integrated function of the core for activities of daily life and sports performance from an upright standing position.

THIS WORKSHOP WILL BE CONDUCTED IN JAPANESE.  SPOKEN JAPANESE LANGUAGE COMPREHENSION IS REQUIRED.
