SYNERGY is proud to have special guest Anfernee Leung visiting next week from Hong Kong.
Anfernee is certified and licensed as an athletic trainer, performance enhancement specialist (PES), corrective exercise specialist (CES) and certified as a strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS). He is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA), National Basketball Trainers Association (NBATA), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Certified Kinesio Taping® Practitioner and Poliquin International Certification Program "PICP Level 4 International Coach".
He earned a master of science degree in physical therapy education with an emphasis on athletic training and a minor in health at California State University in Sacramento.
Anfernee is preparing to move to Phoenix, Arizona to work as an athletic trainer for the NBA Phoenix Suns, but he graciously agreed to take time from his busy schedule to visit SYNERGY for some in-house education and a public workshop.
The public workshop will be held on Feb 21st (Tuesday) from 14:00 to 18:30 and will cover the use of Therabands for improving movement and preventing falls among senior/elderly populations.
Workshop fees are ¥10,000 for standard visitors and ¥9,000 for SYNERGY Community Members.
